Cold selections are plattered ready to serve.

Hot selections are in oven proof containers ready to re heat.

Your guests will receive 4 selections (approx 8 pieces each guest)

Your guests will receive 5 selections (approx 10 pieces each guest)

 

$45 per head

Your guests will receive 7 selections (approx 14 pieces each guest)

 

 

Off site catering packages – at your home or venue

Minimum guests: 40

Function duration: up to 4 hours

We will come to your event, heat & serve food to your guests as well as clean up and leave your kitchen spotless.

 

$35 per head

Meat selections:
Chicken goujons with pesto mayonnaise
Tandoori chicken skewers with minted yoghurt
Thai chicken sausage rolls with sweet chilli sauce
Chicken, leek & white wine mini pies

Beef & sesame meat balls with homemade tomato relish
Beef burgundy & mushroom mini pies
Moroccan spiced lamb filo’s with minted yoghurt

Spicy lamb kofta balls with mango yoghurt

Egg & bacon mini pies

 

Seafood selections:
South Australian king prawns with & tangy lemon aioli

Fresh oysters drizzled with lime, ginger & citrus soy

Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli , carrot & lime dipping sauce
Smoked salmon, crème fresh and chive croutons
Assorted Japanese nori rolls with pickled ginger, wasabi & soy

 

Vegetarian selections:
Asparagus & blue cheese tartlets
Goats cheese, caramelised onion & thyme quiches
Seasonal vegetable mini frittatas

Wild mushroom & feta risotto balls with homemade tomato relish
Handmade vegetarian spring rolls with honey, soy & chilli sauce


 

Additional staff charges
For functions that run over 4 hours additional charges will apply.

This will be discussed at time of quote.

 

Alcohol
Anything on our wine list can be ordered in bulk for your function.  You will receive a 15% discount off our wine list price.

Bar Staff can be provided at an additional cost. Quotes will vary depending on specific requirements & size of function. 

 

Glass Hire
Glass hire arrangements can be made on your behalf from Waverley Party Hire.

All glasses must be rinsed and packed back into boxes supplied ready for collection the following day. (We are happy to stay on an take glasses with us but additional staff charges will apply)

All breakages & missing glasses must be paid for in full post your event.

 

Delivery
Orders may be collected from our café at the agreed time.

Orders over $100 will be delivered free of charge (local area only)

Orders under $100 will incur a $25 delivery fee (local area only)

 

Platter deposits
A $5 deposit fee will be taken for each platter, reimbursed on return of platters.

 

Booking Process
Pick up: 10 days notice required

Off site: 14 days notice required

Payment
Payment can be made by either cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

All orders over $300 will require a 50% deposit upon ordering

Deposits are calculated on the maximum guests expected to attend.

Full balance is payable on either collection or day of function.

 

Confirmation & cancellations
Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to you function.

Cancellations must be made no later than 10 days before your function otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
